After retirement, all he wanted to do was play golf.  But then he purportedly saw a parallel universe on his tablet, and he started thinking about the philosophical ramifications of such a finding.

 

As a side note, Mr. Tanaka was one of the very first people to experience this phenomenon, but he wouldn't come forward right away, which is why he is case number 67.
